Pappilan Sunday Shop is definitely a not-to-miss spot on your visit to Finland.

We are privately owned former rectory, with the oldest buildings from 1850`s. The rectory area with its garden has played a big role in Iittala village and its people`s lives for centuries and it is an unique place with its traditions, nature and history.

Today we are open to public for the first time in a decade.


We are all about combining art, creativity and nature

You are also welcomed to make your own art - to paint, draw or photograph - whatever is your way of being creative - and enjoy our inspirational garden, partly growing wild and free.

In our shop we offer a range of beautiful Finnish design products as well as small old pieces of furniture.

While discussing about the garden and the art with us you can enjoy a cup of coffee, artisan ice cream and some Finnish delicacies from our little cafe. In the garden you can find our chickens, cats and our lovely chocolade Labrador, Allu. For kids we have playhouse and large trampoline and lot’s of space to run around in the garden.

We are located next to the old church of Iittala, near the Lasimäki area. You can reach us easily by train or bus.8
